Below is an expanding list of frequently asked questions to help answer your query.
What paper sizes do you print?
We print A0, A1, A2, A3 and A4 paper sizes. All prints are folded to A4 size for packaging.
What file formats do you accept?
We only print from PDF files. This is to ensure the plan print is provided as intended.
What quality can I expect?
All A0, A1, A2, A3, and A4 prints are produced on either 80gsm uncoated paper or our Aquaplan durable and waterproof paper, depending on your order.
Our printing is designed for CAD line work and construction drawings. Please do not upload full-colour posters, as these will be rejected.
How will I receive my prints?
All prints are folded, securely packaged to A4 size, and dispatched via your chosen delivery method. Rolled print delivery is only available if specifically requested after placing your order.
Can you delivery my printed plans rolled?
If you would like rolled delivery, please select express delivery when placing your order. Once your order has been confirmed, please email support@click-post.co.uk with your order number to request rolled delivery. Kindly note that while we can provide rolled delivery for suitable items, we do not offer poster printing services.
What are your delivery times?
We typically turn around your prints the same day before 3pm. However we advise up to 24 hours for processing plus your selected delivery time. If you choose Priority delivery and place your order before 3pm, it will be dispatched to our courier the same day with next day before 1pm delivery. Orders placed on a Weekend, Bank Holiday or after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
Note: We advise the following for delivery times:
Priority
Delivery the next day Before 1pm (on orders placed Monday – Thursday before 3pm)
Express
Delivery typically the next day, however allow 1 -2 days.
Economy
Delivery within 3 – 5 days
Saturday Delivery
Delivery on Saturday when orders placed on a Friday before 3pm.
Can I order prints with next day delivery?
Orders placed before 3pm with Priority Delivery selected will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery before 1pm.
Orders placed on a weekend, bank holiday or after 3pm will be sent the next working day.
Which couriers do you use?
We use DX Delivery and Royal Mail to deliver orders. The courier is selected based on the type of order and its destination.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all of the UK including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
How do I track my order?
You should receive tracking details directly from the courier once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received any tracking information, please email support@click-post.co.uk with your order number to request an update.
Can I collect my prints?
No. We are an online service based company who provide B2B and B2C services.
How much do you charge for prints and postage?
We offer Priority, Express and Economy delivery options. To find out more about cost click here.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through a payment provider called Stripe. You can pay using a debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Stripe ensures that all transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I adjust the scale of the print?
By default we print all drawings at 100% scale on to the paper size you select. If you would like to enlarge or reduce a print to your selected paper size, select the ‘scale to fit’ option when ordering.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you spot an error, or would like to make a change to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@click-post.co.uk. Please include your order number, and we will do everything we can to assist.
Can bind plans?
We do not currently offer the option too bind plans. However, if you have a specific need, please email us at support@click-post.co.uk
Do you offer bulk discounts?

What it the minimum order size?
There is no minimum order size or value.
Can you print on any other paper or media?
Other than our Aquaplan – No, we specialise in colour and monochrome CAD paper prints only.
Do you print posters?
We do not provide printing services for full-colour posters or banners. Our focus is on CAD and line drawings, ensuring high-quality prints for technical and design purposes. Can you laminate my prints?
We provide Aquaplans which is a waterproof plan printing service. So no need to laminate paper plans Please email us at support@click-post.co.uk along with a copy of your PDF files and requirements for a quote.
Where can I get a copy of a VAT invoice?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email a PDF copy of your invoice / receipt to the individual who placed the order. This ensures you have a clear record of your purchase for reference or future needs. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for assistance.

Our head offices are located in Lichfield, Staffordshire. Although we are an online company, we are human and can assure you that we are here and ready to answer any of your queries 5 days a week.
