What paper sizes do you print?
We print A0, A1, A2, A3 and A4 paper sizes. All prints are folded to A4 size for packaging.
What quality can I expect?
All A0, A1 and A2 prints are printed on 80gsm un-coated paper on our Cannon Large Format printers. A4 and A3 drawings and documents are printed on 80gsm un-coated paper.
Our printing is suitable for CAD line work and construction drawings. Do not upload full colour posters, as these will be rejected.
How will I receive my prints?
All prints are folded, packaged robustly to A4 size and sent via your selected delivery method. We do not offer rolled print delivery.
How long will it take to print my order?
We typically turn around your prints the same day before 3pm. However we advise up to 24 hours for processing plus your selected delivery time. If you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery and place your order before 2pm, you will receive your order the next day before 1pm. Orders placed on a Weekend, Bank Holiday or after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
Can I order prints with next day delivery?
Orders received before 3pm with Royal Mail Special Delivery selected will be sent the same day with next day delivery before 1pm. Orders placed on a weekend, bank holiday or after 3pm will be sent the next working day.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK main land only.
Can I collect my prints?
No. We are an online service based company who provide B2B and B2C services.
How much do you charge for prints and postage?
To calculate your packaging and postage cost, use our simple uploader tool to provide you with a cost bespoke to your order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, Debit or Credit Card. We use PayPal to ensure all our transactions are secure, therefore we do not see, receive or store your payment details.
Can I adjust the scale of the print?
By default we print all drawings at 100% scale on to the paper size you select. If you would like to enlarge or reduce a print to your selected paper size, select the ‘scale to fit’ option when ordering.
I have made an error with my order, can I change it?
If you notice an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Provide your order number and make us aware of any changes you would like to make. Please note however there maybe an additional charge for postage or upgrading to colour from black and white prints.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Use our simple upload tool to obtain your bespoke printing and delivery cost.
What it the minimum order size?
There is no minimum order size or value.
Can you print on any other paper or media?
No, we specialise in colour and monochrome CAD paper prints only.
Can you laminate my prints?
We do not offer lamination services. However we will be looking to bring this option to our customers in the future.
Where are you located?
We provide our online printing services from our offices in Rugeley, Staffordshire. Although we are an online company, we are human and can assure you that we are here and ready to answer any of your queries 5 days a week.
